Poetry Prayer

May no part of who I am be hidden from the Lord my God
May I hold nothing back
May the person I am on the inside be manifest in my every action
Filled with the Holy Spirit
Completely dedicated to the Lord
That only His purposes be made to pass 

Holy Jesus make my heart be a mirror
Catching the rays of your light
Throwing brilliant reflection out onto everything nearby
Sparkling with the radiance of your love 

Let there be no darkness
No shadow
No foothold for sin
Let no man pull me from under your wing
No struggle tear me from your grasp
This heart of mine will never waiver
Everything that I am is to be with you. Forever.
